By accessing or purchasing from [storeurl], you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us Crooked Studios is operated by sole proprietor, registered at Mumbai, India

2. Products We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including the cut-to-reveal hoodie's colors, construction, and sizing, as accurately as possible. Because the top-panel reveal mechanic depends on how you choose to cut it, actual results after customization will vary by design and intent — that variation is the product, not a defect.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in INR and include/exclude [applicable taxes — confirm]. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Where we advertise a price reduction, we will display it alongside the lowest price offered in the preceding 30 days, as required under Indian consumer protection rules.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Grievance Redressal As above — see Privacy Policy Section 8 for our Grievance Officer's contact details. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
